The dirty...
What the heck is this?
Yesteryay is a site where you can upload your photos to create unique 80's inspired laser portraits. Just upload your photos. Pay. Patiently wait while we work our magic!
What happens after I pay?
We will take your photos, cut them out from the background, place them agains the laser background, adjust the color and make it look awesome.
What kind of photos should I send?
Send us photos of you, your pets, your baby, your friends, whatever you want, we'll put it against a laser background. Make sure you send us the highest resolution images you can. If you are sending us a photo from your phone, make sure it is the highest quality. We cannot be responsible for low image quality or an un-printable image if you send us a small image file.
Send us ONLY photos against a plain background
That's right. Find your favorite white wall, stand in front of it, and take photo or two. For time-sensitive reasons we will not accept photos that are not taken against a plain white or light-colored background. Make sure your photo is well-lit - take it outside, and/or make sure the lights are on in your house/building.
Why do you need 2 photos?
If you send us 2 photos, one photo will be used as the primary image, and the other will be used as the faded image in the background.
How many people are allowed in the photo?
Right now, one *photo* per location on the laser photo. If you have 3 people in 1 photo, that counts for the "main" image. So, it doesn't matter how many people, just as long as your'e all against white and in 1 photo. You can choose another photo for the accent location.
What if I only send 1 photo?
If you only send one photo then we will only use the same photo for the primary image and the faded background image.
What if I don't want the faded accent image?
There is a checkbox on the order form to omit the faded background image. Click this box if you don't want a faded background image on your laser portrait.
What backgrounds do you have?
You can choose the laser background you want to use. There are a few different choices, more coming soon. 
Are all the photos vertical?
Yes, by default all of the final laser'd photos are vertical. If you send a photo with 3 or more people, the final image will be horizontal. Something to think about.
How long will it take before I receive my file(s)
After you submit your order, we will do our very best to deliver your final image files within 48 hours.
What do I do with the photo?
You can do whatever you want with it. Post it Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, print it out, order cool stuff... the world is your oyster!
How much does it cost?
It costs $9.99 to turn your photo into a laser masterpiece.
What kind of files do you send me?
We will send you 3 files: 1) a high-res JPG file that is suitable for printing (pending you send us a high-res image file), 2) a low-res web-friendly file for you to share online, and 3) a square cropped photo. Depending on the size file you send us, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to use the file to print high-quality.
How do I order more than 1 photo?
